Posted by lba on November 09 2009 16:30:02
In the run-up to the Copenhagen Climate Conference, Linlithgow Climate Challenge
are running a series of films to help broaden awareness of Climate Change,

Films are being shown at:
Linlithgow Academy, Braehead Road, Linlithgow, EH49 6EH

The films are:

   In Transition 1.0
By the Transition Town movement
 Showing: 19th November - 7:30pm

An inspiring film showing the power of community when we work together and take
local action.

Age of Stupid - by Franny Armstrong
 Showing: 2nd December - 7:30pm

This highly acclaimed and thought provoking film suggests what the world could look like in 2055, if we ignore all signs of climate change.

Films cost £2 and tickets can be purchased at our two High Street bookshops, the
Line Gallery or on the door on the night.

Refreshments will be provided, and we hope to have stands
and some guest speakers after the films.
